Where can I take the Florida real estate licensing exam?
The Florida state exam for real estate sales associate candidates is offered at Pearson VUE testing centers. These testing centers are listed on the Pearson VUE website and are located throughout the United States as well as U.S. military bases worldwide. In addition, Pearson VUE allows test takers to schedule their exams as a remotely proctored online exam you can take from your home.
If you are taking a remotely proctored online exam, you will need to meet certain requirements. You will need a functioning home computer or laptop with a webcam, microphone and strong internet connection. Prior to your exam, you will be asked to run a system check to test the compatibility of your computer with the OnVUE application used to administer the exam. Your test will be proctored and monitored remotely by a live proctor using a microphone and webcam.
