What tests do I need to take to get my PA real estate license?
There are two tests you need to take in order to obtain your Pennsylvania real estate salesperson's license.
First, you must pass the school's proctored final exams. Since the 75-hour PA pre-license course consists of two separate courses (the 30-hour Real Estate Fundamentals course and the 45-hour Real Estate Practice course), you must take two proctored final exams (one for each course).
The second test you must pass is the state exam. Once you pass the school's final exams, you can then sit for the state real estate salesperson's exam. The state exam consists of a national portion and a state portion. You must pass both portions in order to pass the overall exam.
